My goldfish is sick....help!

white spots are easy to cure we use here rocksalt and mythylene blue with good aeration. how often do you do water changes? at 30 gallon for 3 goldfish minimun should be 20 to 30 percent weekly or 10 percent daily with filter. If you do this I don't think your goldfish will be sick.
