Best car under $30,000? Fast and Luxury.?

Im looking at getting a new car, $30,000 is my limit. I want it to be really nice (Leather, Manual, maybe Nav), but the #1 thing i want is perfomance and speed. Whatd you reccomend. So far ive looked at Subaru Sti's (AWD turbo),, and a 2002 Bmw M3 w performance mods. That m3 comes with 333hp stock! But what others do you reccomend?
