I washed a shirt made out of 97% rayon and 3%spandex and something weird happened can you help me?

ok i washed a shirt from rue 21 that was made of 97% rayon and 3%spandex and while i was folding my laundry i noticed that the neck was like stretched out and the shirt just looked like it loosened up how do i fix the deflated shirt???
