Best anti-fungal cream for canine ringworm?

I have dogs with ringworm and have taken them to the vet 3 weeks in a row to have lime dips done but it is smelling up my house and doesn't look like it is curing them very well nor fast. Is there a home remedy or excellent anti-fungal cream that I can use to get better, quicker results?
