What's the best topping for a New York Cheesecake that I can make out of the ingredients which I have?

I have chocolate syrup/ganache texture, walnuts and pecans, caramelized apples (which taste more bitter and wine-like than sweet), blueberries, bananas, and instant coffee. Out of these ingredients, what are some recipes for a suitable topping for a New York cheesecake (which I just finished baking)?
