Does anyone remember the name of the kids tv programme with all the big different coloured bears?

It was on in the 90's and it was obviously guys in suits! Like teletubbies only big colourful bears! And they had a pet dalmation. I think one of the bears names was William? Anyone know? And also remember Jonson & Friends with the big blue accordion with the face lol and the elephant!!!!
