Reenlistment bonus and tax free leave?

This is for all those 42As, career counselors, retention NCOs, and seasoned professionals out there on Yahoo! Answers today. I returned from a deployment, only to have to reenlist to get orders to PCS -- and before anyone says it, yes I should have reenlisted while deployed to get tax free. BUT the day I reenlisted I was on leave, the tax free leave that I accrued while deployed. So my real question is (with the proper regulatory sources) do I get my reenlistment bonus tax free since I was on tax free leave?
