Is my dog sick please look!!!!!!!?

My dog is a rescue and is the sweetest thing ever. She is completly housebroken. My dog 2 days ago pooped on the carpet really waterly, which shes been doing it alot in the past on the carpet? And 1hr ago i saw she pooped waterly outside. What do i do. Should we take her off wet food? Please Help
