I'm 20, my mom was an addict, now she graduating from college. What can i MAKE her that is meaningful, and coo?

I really want it to be meaning full. I dont have a lot of money. I want her to know i am really proud of her and that i love her and i put alot of effort into it. I just dont have any cool ideas. She really has came a long way and this is a BIG deal. Please help, im not creative..
