How can i access my children of 11 and 15 post divorce?

Following an abusive marriage of 16yrs (I am a 49yr old male) I am awaiting decree absolute. My ex wife says the children don't want to see me and my solicitor says they will make up their own minds when older. I miss them terribly, provide full mortgage and a pay a �300 per month debt my wife accrued when I was with her. My ex has phoned CSA saying I don't pay this and I want to see my children.
