Dutch Shepherd or Belgian Malinois?

My husband and I just moved to a small house in OK and we wanted to buy a puppy and can't decide if we should get a Dutch Shepherd or a Belgian Malinois. We have a 1,000 square-foot house and a small backyard. We live in a very populated neighborhood with many pets and kids. We won't have kids. We have one cat and board horses. I travel extensively for horse shows and need a dog that can easily distinguish who is bad and who isn't. I take a daily walk and my husband rides his bike about 5 mi. everyday. Obedience, agility, shutzhund, and herding are what I want to do with my dog. I want a very loyal and easily trainable dog.
