Concaved chest - Pectus Excavatum, can i have chest implants/plastic surgery instead of a hospital operation?

I have a concaved/indented chest (Pectus Excavatum) and find it embarrasing to take my top off at times so would like to get it rectified, but preferably not with a full on hospital operation. Is there any other sort of surgery for example - implants/plastic surgery, that i can have done and what would an approximate cost be, and who would i contact. i am a 28 year old male
