Are electric jeepneys operational in places outside metro manila?

i think e-jeepneys are operational only in makati city as i am based in manila and often go around the greater metro manila are (quezon city, manila, makati, caloocan, alabang, las pinas etc) but i am yet to see the e-jeepney in the places that i mentioned.
