4 month old fell off bed?

i was on my bed and my 4 month old son puked on me so i put him down to take my shirt off.He rolled over and fell off the bed.He fell on his head and ended up on his belly.He cried for a few minutes then he was back to normal.Im paranoid now that he is hurt.It doesnt seem to hurt him when you move his head.He overall seems fine.But inside i feel horrible and worried.His head is nto swollen but one spot is a little red.Its been a hour or 2 now,and hes a bit fussy.should i worry and bring him to the er?
