I will be eating a salad or fruit salad everyday. (Either or not both). I no longer fry my food I grill it on the George Forman Grill. I am trying to drink more water. So far 2 bottles a day. Increasing my intake each day. Also I will be working out 5X a week for an hour. I also have a portion control plate that I do use faithfully. What do you think?
